2017年2月の個展「URBAN TYPES」のために、メイン展示物であった、アメリカの４都市を描いた４つの蛇腹のスケッチブックそれぞれから抜粋した絵をまとめて新たにZineを作りました。いわゆる「図録」のような存在になればな、と思って作りました。Zineもまた、オリジナルのスケッチブックたちと同じように手作りの蛇腹型となっていて、カラー印刷で、時間を見つけては作り足す形でとりあえず50部できました。最近、やっと最後の10数冊を仕上げることができて、何ヶ月もお待たせしてしまった方々にはほんとに申し訳ないのと、感謝の気持ちがあるのみです。
そこで、残るあと10冊ほどを、ずっと放置していたEtsyのサイトにアップしました。もしご興味ある方はこちらからご購入いただけます。ぜひ。

When I had a solo show in February this year, the main thing in the show was the 4 accordion-folded sketchbooks. Each book was completed in one of the 4 cities I visited during my trip to America last year. For the show, I wanted to make something to remember the show by (for the visitors and for myself), so I made a Zine.
The zine has the same name as the show title, "URBAN TYPES." It consists of my favorite parts of the 4 books. Though it is digitally printed, it is put together by hand into accordion style like the original sketchbooks, which takes me quite some time to do. I planned to make 50 prints and had been slowly adding to the edition. I finally finished the last 10 or so, and I have put those on my long-forgotten Etsy shop.
