またまたシェアが遅くなってしまった。。。先月、Journal Standard relume の手がけるウェブマガジン「Life is...」によるインタビューを受けました。インタビュー当日はなんだかすごかったです。スタイリストさんや写真家さん、メイクアップアーティストさんやライターさんと、様々なアーティストさんが集まり、インタビュー記事を作り上げていました。
あいにくの雨で、あたしの提案したクラスカ屋上での撮影はかなわず、でも急遽代わりに築地へ連れてってもらいました。築地は移転してしまう前に描きたいとおもっていた場所のひとつなので、行けて良かったな。でももっとゆっくりできる時にまた行かねば。。
たのしかったのが、いろんな分野のプロの方々の働く姿にふれられたこと。みなさんが限られた時間の中でそれぞれの仕事を入れ替わり立ち替わりこなしていく風景は、まるで入退場のめまぐるしい舞台を見ているようでもあり、でも実際は舞台裏のようであり、非現実的な1日を過ごすことができました。
すてきなお洋服は普段のあたしとはまた全然違って、着ることにドキドキし、振る舞いがややぎこちなかったけどたまにはこうゆうのもたのしいな、と。もうちょっとファッションへの意識を高めたほうがええのんかな、と思わされたり。
記事の最後の方に出てきますが、2月に展示を控えております！Book and Sonsというおしゃれな本屋さんでの個展です。今回は久しぶりにオープニングパーティ（2月4日）も計画しておりますので、お時間合う方、ぜひいらしてください。在廊の際の似顔絵ポップアップや、マグカップにかく似顔絵イベント（2月11日）も企画中です。カレンダーに入れといてください♪ その他詳細はまた告知します。

A web magazine "Life is..." run by Journal Standard relume made an interview post on me last month. On the interview day, it was unfortunately raining pretty hard, so our original plan to shoot on the rooftop of Claska Hotel wasn't going to happen. Instead, we got to go to Tsukiji since I had thought about going there before it is relocated.
It was very interesting to see how the interview was being created. Professionals like the stylist, the photographer, the make-up artist, and the writer were taking turns to do their part. It was almost like watching a play -- how each of them entered and left the imaginary stage in front of me.
The outfits I got to wear for the day felt a lot different from my usual style, and I was a bit awkward in them. Though it did make me think that maybe I should try something different once in a while and that I should pay more attention to fashion..
As it's mentioned in the article, I do have a new show coming up at Book and Sons, a bookstore in Gakugeidaigaku, in February. Please save the date for the opening party on February 4th. Also, we are planning a Portrait Pop-up on the days I sit, as well as an event on Saturday the 11th where Portraits will be drawn on mug cups.
